While Cesar is still an active dressage rider in Colombia and he travels to Germany several times a year to ride and receive further training at Mr. Kasselmann™s Stables.

He does not compete internationally anymore due to his commitments as an FEI judge.

As an active rider and a well-decorated competitor, Cesar has a great compassion for the riders who show under him and always makes an effort to provide value comments that will help riders improve their scores and enjoy their journey in the world of competitive dressage.
